Most new, unopened merchandise sold by Abel Building Solutions (ABS) can be returned within 14 days of purchase unless stated otherwise.
Returns for purchases with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged, or refunded to your credit card as determined by ABS. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (e.g. credit card), unless stated otherwise.
If you’re missing your receipt, we may be able to locate it in our system. Receipts for purchases made with a credit card may be located in our system within 365 days of purchase.
A restocking charge of 10% of the value of the item(s) shall be applied to all Standard products, which have been returned after having been delivered in accordance with the Buyer’s instructions.

Original shipping charges will be fully refunded in the event that the return is the result of an error by ABS. Items must be returned with all components for a full refund.

However, since we send orders to our warehouses frequently throughout the day to provide customers fast fulfillment and shipping, we’re unable to cancel orders that have already been processed.
